The weather all changed to fabulousness on Shannon and Joe's wedding day this past May. I had the pleasure of second shooting for Happy Gatherings Photography and we had a blast going from location to location capturing this wonderful Boston wedding. Charlestown was the setting for the bridal prep, and the Charlestown Navy Yard was the setting for the groom prep. It was especially fun for me because I got to do groomsmen photos on the very dock that I taught yoga for two summers - at the Harborview. From the prep. it was on to the first look at the Bunker Hill Monument where Carol and I captured some amazing images in front of a huge crowd of onlookers. There were cheers all around during the first look and the scene was chaotic and fun and full of energy! On to a traditional church ceremony and eventually to the State Room in Boston. I'm happy to share these beautiful images that I was able to capture. And Carol has hundreds more to share. Congratulations to Shannon and Joe!
